Here’s how you can pay with, and get paid, via Faye Wallet.

What is Faye Wallet?

Faye Wallet is our easy-to-use digital debit card within the Faye app where you can receive reimbursements on common travel inconveniences and approved claims. Easily add it to your Google Wallet or Apple Wallet on your phone to tap and pay with reimbursed funds, or transfer those funds directly to your bank account.

How does it work?

During your trip, if a well-planned moment goes awry and you qualify for an instant reimbursement (for example, on lost or delayed baggage), we can immediately send funds to your Faye Wallet that you can use then and there to purchase what you need most rather than paying out of pocket – like a new outfit and toothbrush. Via Faye Wallet, you can be paid instantly for approved claims as well.

Side note: you can also redeem such reimbursements by bank transfer or via snail mail (check) which takes up to 3-5 business days. But who likes waiting?

Faye Wallet allows you to add your personal Faye digital debit card to your phone’s wallet or transfer the funds directly to your bank account. If you pay with the Faye Wallet card or transfer a partial amount of funds from Faye Wallet to your bank account, the balance of your digital card will be reduced.
